If you are seeing the word 'demo' written on your Kontakt library, one of a few things can be occurring:
Non Player Library
In this scenario, you need to upgrade your Kontakt Player to the full version of Kontakt.
A Non Player Library is one which doesn't require a serial number, and loads via the "Files Tab" of Kontakt as per this article: On our website that everyone each library that is non player is stated as needing Kontakt Full.
If you have any of our Player libraries you can qualify for a discount on the full version of Kontakt see HERE for more information.
Sometimes, a user may have purchased Kontakt Full, however when a new version of Kontakt is released, for example Kontakt 5 - 6, the update overwrites the users paid for version of Kontakt, with the free one, in that scenario, see here.

Native Access Issue on Mac
Many of our products are "Player" libraries, that means they will work in Kontakt Player and can be added as libraries as they have a serial number.
Due to errors in Native Access, sometimes these too can result in Demo Mode, even if correctly authorised. In Particular on Mac OS. To resolve:
From the location, HD/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Centre remove the Xml file for the library, Kontakt and Native Access.
Delete from the location Mac HD/Library/Preferences - Kontakt and the Library.
Reinstall Kontakt from Native Access, then add the relink your library from Native Access.
Sometimes certain files in the above locations might be missing, for example the XML for a library. That is ok, and continue without deleting that.
Encryption Issue
This can occur on both Mac and Windows, and it occurs because our patches are not correctly encrypted during the development process.
When this occurs, only certain patches in the library will be affected. Please notify us if you find on certain patches in a library load as a DEMO.
