If you use Hans Zimmer Strings and have experienced an unfixable Error 1, please download the relevant BETA file for your DAW below, and follow the instructions. Please note, these plugins will not work on their own, you must have the product installed.

When you download the file, you need to unzip it and move it to the relevant plugin location on your system.
Component: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plugins > Components
VST: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plugins > VST
VST 3: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plugins > VST3
AAX: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plugins
Once you have replaced your file, open the Terminal App, copy and paste the relevant line for your plugin type below and hit Enter.
NB: The file path names may differ depending on the language your device is using.

This is to bypass Apple security protocols that are not yet in place due to the plugin being a beta test build.
Reopen your DAW (please ensure you are no longer running this using Rosetta) and the Hans Zimmer Strings plugin should now load without error. Should you need to update, reinstall, or repair this library, you will need to repeat the process above again to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
