Starting a support Live Chat

If you are browsing our site and you have an issue or question you can now reach our support team using live chat. In the bottom right hand corner of the page you will see a Help button. If there is an agent available to help you then you will see this icon:

If there are no agents available you can still use this button to open a support ticket and the icon will appear like this:

Clicking this button will pop up a widget which allows you to enter your question, and will suggest the most relevant search results on our knowledge base (pictured below). If you do not see search result which is relevant to your question please click on the Live Chat button.

After entering your name and email you will soon be connected with one of our support agents, if you need to send a screenshot to help troubleshoot, send a transcript to your email address, or end the chat, these options are found in the Options (pointed out in pink) and if you wish to rate the chat use the thumbs up or down icons (outlined in green).

Finally, once your chat has finished and the agent disconnects you will have the option to rate your chat and provide feedback which we would encourage you to do to help us improve our service or let us know that the live chat was helpful!
