If you're trying to purchase a library that you already own, the Spitfire website will tell you "You Own This" and not provide any option to add the library to your cart. In this situation, you'll need to redownload the library from within the Spitfire Audio App instead.
To do this, click the library image, and then using the cog wheel on the right choose "Reset" and then "Entire Library".
If you don't see the library image in your Spitfire App but the website says that you own the product, first check the filters in the App. If a filter is highlighted in white then it is selected, and will only show you products that fit within that filter.
If all filters are unchecked (in gray) and you still don't see the library, check to make sure you're signed in to the same account in the Spitfire App as you are on the website.
