From time to time, our EU VAT validation service goes down. The error message will look like this:
Our system automatically validates your VAT number using this online form. When our validation service goes down, please go to that website and input your VAT number and its issue country. If the validation fails there, it means that the service is temporarily unavailable. Please wait for 1-2 hours and try making the purchase again.
