Open Cubase 10.5 and in the Studio tab select VST Manager. This shows tables of all the VST effects and VST instruments available to Cubase from your computer drives. Look for Kontact in the VST instrument table. Click on it in the table (it should be in the left column of the pane on the left). It should then show you on the right hand pane where it is listed on your Cubase instruments. If it doesn’t show on the right pane it just means it has not been recognised yet.  Drag it from the left pane into the right pane into any order (I usually put them in alphabetically).  Then quit Cubase and restart. Next time you open a project in Cubase and open instrument, Kontact will be there.

Kontact just opens like a regular VST - like Halton Sonic SE etc.  Once its open you can use all your NI and other plug ins in the usual way. Spitfire’s Kontact libraries (like yours) open in Kontact this way - you don’t load them like VSTs direct - you have to open Kontact VST and load the Spitfire libraries into Kontact.

It’s worth it in the end.
