ARE THERE FURTHER DISCOUNTS AND CROSS GRADES?
Abbey Road Orchestra - Flutes Core and Professional will be on an introductory promotional price of 20% off until the 5th of December.
The owners of Flutes Core will be able to upgrade to Flutes Professional at any time, only ever paying the difference between the two products at time of purchase.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FLUTES CORE AND PROFESSIONAL?
The Core and Professional versions share many of the same techniques and the sampling depth across many of the common techniques is the same.
Core has a single signal option (Simon Rhodes’ ‘Mix 1) whereas Pro includes additional signal options (16 in total),
Professional also contains ‘Extended’ techniques and additional legato content.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ABBEY ROAD ORCHESTRA AND ABBEY ROAD ONE?
Abbey Road Orchestra - Flutes is the fifth instalment in the Abbey Road Orchestra product line. Crafted for professional composers, producers, sound designers and music editors, Abbey Road Orchestra brings you every section of the orchestra in breathtaking detail. It’s the culmination of over 20 years of sampling experience and innovation.
Abbey Road One is a range of ensemble libraries captured in Studio One at Abbey Road, created by Spitfire Audio in partnership with Abbey Road Studios. This is made up of a core library called Abbey Road One: Orchestral Foundations, and then smaller libraries called Abbey Road One: Film Scoring Selections series.
The Selections are smaller and more focused libraries inspired by classic films, offering pre-orchestrated instrument pairings and themes. Featuring pre-arranged ensembles of classic orchestral pairings, each Selection is designed to help you accomplish a simple task phenomenally well.
IF I PURCHASE FLUTES PROFESSIONAL, DO I ALSO GET CORE?
Yes! If you buy the Flutes Professional library, you also get Core as an install option.
WHAT MAKES ABBEY ROAD ORCHESTRA MODULAR?
Over the coming years, Spitfire will release each section of the orchestra, bit by bit in huge detail.
Similar to that of the BML / Sable range in Spitfire's history, each section can be purchased separately to suit your needs.
The practical difference is that each Abbey Road Orchestra release will install into the same plugin, ensuring you don't need to load multiple different libraries as it will all be housed in one plugin.
IS THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE WITH AN EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT?
Yes, this library will be available with an educational discount. Request your educational discount here.
The Educational Discount will apply to the full RRP of the library. If the library is on promotion, any codes received during the promotional period will only “top up” the discount to 30%.
CAN I USE THIS LIBRARY ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER?
Yes! Though this is a single user license, our EULA allows for installation on up to two computers at a time. For example, a studio machine, and portable machine.
IF I WANT TO INSTALL THIS LIBRARY ON A SECOND COMPUTER, DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN?
Yes, you can do this by following these steps to re-download. Reset the download for Abbey Road One and then re-download on the machine of your choice.
As well as this, you can also move the “Spitfire Audio - Abbey Road Orchestra” folder to a second machine, and then follow these steps to authorise that machine.
HOW DOES YOUR DEDICATED PLUG-IN WORK?
Our dedicated plug-in libraries work as standalone instruments in your DAW, meaning that no serial number is provided and the authorisation process happens during your download.
We provide an AU, VST2, VST3 and an AAX, so as long as your chosen DAW supports one of those plugin formats, you’re good to go.
