There are 6 dynamics in the BBC SO Piano Library. They are triggered at the following velocity points:

The dynamics fader for this library will act as a MIDI limiter which will compress these performance ranges.
It is also worth noting that the BBC Piano library has velocity curves that can be best adjusted to your controller to make these ranges more easily to trigger.
