What do you do if nothing happens after clicking the download button? I've tried everything.

In my case the app simply crashes and nothing is downloaded at all.

    Hi guys

BBC wouldn't open in Logic for me. So I uninstalled everything to do with Spitfire and started again. All the LABS stuff is fine and dandy....BBC no good I'm afraid.....any suggestions as I eager to get going with it.

this doesn't work for 10.9.5. not impressed with support. i waited a week to a question about the app crashing. the tech simply said it would work. i'll go elsewhere.

Can't get the BBCSO to work in Logic X. Not showing up in the library.

I had the problem where clicking install from the "my products" tab caused the app to crash. I was able to make it work by clicking on the discover picture and installing each half separately from the window shown.

Everything is working like a charm!

I want to convey my deepest gratitude for this opportunity to work with something I otherwise wouldn't be able to afford.

    Thank you so much!

For some reason, the BBCSO plugin is nowhere in sight. It wasn't an option. What should I do?

I just received an email stating that my BBCSO Discover was ready to download. But the product does not appear in my Spitfire Audio App. Other purchases show up correctly, but not the BBCSO Discover.

I submitted a help email I think.   I also received an email saying the BBCSO Discover was ready to download but its not there.  Also, all the LABS I had downloaded in the past have disappeared.   They are in my Spitfire patches folder in Windows but they have disappeared from the Spitfire app.  They no longer show as downloaded.

    ***important read***

Received an email stating that I could download the BBCSO Discover library. Opened the Spitfire App which not only did not show the BBCSO lib, but also all my previous installs were 'gone'.

Reinstalled the missing LABS to make them show up again in the App (they still existed on disk).

Then I logged out of the App and logged in again. And now found the BBCSO in 'My Products'...

Probably next time just logout/login to avoid redownload (missing) LABS...

You can install any Spitfire Audio Libraries you own on up to two devices. If you require more resets because you are updating your hardware, do contact support by clicking the help icon below.
