Yes. You can use our libraries, including our free LABS to release your compositions commercially.
There might be a number of exceptions and grey areas given the large amount of possible scenarios, but as a rule of thumb: it is not permitted to use the sounds to create another sample library, or something that can be construed as such.
Some examples of usages that are not necessarily thought of as standard recordings or compositions, but would be in compliance with our terms are:
- Incidental music for film and video-games, including sounds that are generated by interacting with the interface but can't be recorded or exported
- Loop packs where you've played and recorded an original loop using the sounds included in the library (excluding already existing loops where applicable)
If you have used the sounds to compose a piece of music, however short or simple, and are not presenting these recordings in a way they can be played, recorded and exported you are likely to be within our EULA, which you can find in full here.
