The best way to do this is to create a whole new library with a new name called "Hans Zimmer Percussion Professional (Cut Down)" or something similar. Please remember to keep the folder structure the same and to include all of the system files.
So for example, if you wished to take the JXL Artist Elements patches with you (without any of the other content), you could arrange a folder of only just over 17GB like this with only the files with JXL in the filename:
