Please try downloading and running the software available at this link. In the majority of cases you will need to run vc_redist.x86.exe though if this doesn't work, try the x64 version too.
Sometimes Windows lacks the required dependancies to properly launch Library manager. Fortunately Windows provides an update for this situation, this update is the latest in a cumulative series of feature additions and bug fixes for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
If after trying this, the Library Manager still does not open at all please get in touch with us at spitfireaudio.com/support and we will troubleshoot the issue further with you.

Spitfire Audio App Crashes. This is a very disappointing new customer experience. As weil as the process to open a support request.
Downloaded app and tried to log in. After login to Spitfire, app consistently crashes and disappears from the screen.
Running latest Windows 10 with all patches. I tried downloading/installing the X86/X84 C++ redistribuutables in your link but it appears I have a newer version of those so Windows will not allow a reinstall of and older C++ redistro.
I just bought 2 apps from your guys - cant use them until its fixed.
Help!

Finally I found the solution for me :
I own an Nvidia graphic card and spitfire was trying to start with Nvidia parameters. I changed on the Nvidia settings to start spitfire with intel integrated graphics.
So if you have Nvidia, try to go to your Nvidia board in order to change the program startup settings.

I found an easy fix that worked for me. I copied the installer onto a USB Drive and installed from there.
I have an M.2 hard drive for my system drive. Perhaps that had something to do with it.
Cheers
