Why does Library Manager not open when I click it? (Windows 8+)

Library Manager requires at least .NET version 4.6 to open correctly in Windows. If clicking the app icon does nothing at all there's a good chance that the .NET framework is not installed or not up to date. 

Please try this link for the .NET installer for 4.6.1 

Failing this please also try running the .NET repair tool 

If after running both of these applications, the Library Manager still does not open at all please get in touch with support and we will troubleshoot the issue further with you.
