    I also cannot see anything in my updates - when I load the spitfire app I see BBC SO Core in my products, but nothing under updates

    Same here. I know I need to be patient but I really want to give it a go! About a month ago I nearly bought a muted brass section since it didn't come with muted brass which was a bit of a surprise to me. So glad they've added this and the updated legatos. Can't wait to try it out! Hopefully it will be soon.

    nothing in my spitfire audio app... well past 24hr promised in email...gentle FYI: not a great vibe to be told how fantastic something is, when you'll receivet it....then it doesn't show up... just sayin'.....

    Just a +1 on this thread. My local Spitfire library manager does not detect an update to this lib. The installed version is 1.1.x. I have tried refreshing, logging out and back in.

    Me too! No update shown in BBC Core Orc in the SPiutfire App over 24 hours after the update was announced as being available within 24 hours.

    Not only is it bad p.r. to tell one's customers a wonderful updte is 'in the mail', only to have it not show, but it is unfortunate there is no response to all the complaints here.

    A simple "sorry, we're late" would reassure us we are not missing some procedure that would allow us to updte now.

    Thanks for getting in touch, I hope you're well!

    The update to BBC SO is rolling out to all customers over the next 24-48 hours. If the update is not available by Friday, then do of course let us know and we will investigate further.     ... and another not seeing any update available for BBC Core. So, is my installation broken? have I done something wrong? Is the fault at my end? Is there an issue with my account? Is there a fault at your end? Is the launch delayed? Are you distributing this to some customers first but not others? 

    Just a few words letting us know you are at least aware of this (as others have asked politely) would be welcome.

    Perhaps, like many other companies, this delay is the effects of the COVID-19 challenges and admin staff are off? Hoping this is not the case.

    If not, I agree with the comments above, maybe a quick 'update note' just to inform us that there is a delay would be helpful - that's fine!

    I too am logging unto the app regularly to see if the updates have been rolled out. We wait 'patiently'!

    Hi Folks,

    We're running a bit behind the expected schedule and apologise for any inconvenience. 

    Latest info I have on the update is as follows: 

    Pro - Everyone who owns Pro should receive the update to Pro and Core by Midnight GMT today. 

    Core - Everyone who owns Core should receive the update by Monday. 

    After Monday, please contact support if you do not have the update.
