BBC Symphony Orchestra PRO bug

I am having the same issue as this person but I bought BBC orchestra Pro. First, it takes sometimes a few minutes for all my instruments to load in playback when I open the session. Then playback sounds perfect and when I export the session as a master track it glitches, instruments cut in and out, etc.
