LABS & Felt Not Downloading at All (Mac 10.15)

Hey yall,

 

Any new customers having problems getting any downloads to work? Tried resetting from scratch deleting configs etc multiple times. My log file says:

I'm betting this is a server side problem.

  Hello all. This was a problem over the weekend that should now be fixed. Please try again and if you are still not able to download your library, please contact support by clicking on the "help" or "chat" bubble in the bottom right hand corner of this page

  Hi Ben, I just tried and it still fails, also the libraries that I have purchased the epic, tells me that the download attempts are exhausted.

  Hi guys,

  I was able to redownload libraries that I had resets left for.  It installed, then I went to my DAW and pulled the VST for Originals Strings in.  I got the Error #4 (it couldn't find the patches/presets for Originals Strings), which according to the support page means you need to conduct a full reset of the library after deleting the library folder.  I did so and it seems to have corrected the problem.  Originals Strings seems to work (sounds great by the way).

  I've submitted a request to have the other Originals reset attempts wiped so I can fix those.  Will report back if I'm able to conduct a successful reset.
