I'm having the exact same issue, Felt and Epic Strings are taking 1 second to download, then showing empty folders on my drive.

Will, yes sir. Confident this is Spitfire side issue. At least we can all just chill now, knowing they will fix it when they see it :)

I'm having the same issue, what file paths are people using?

I am using> User>music>Logic - then creating a folder within to install. is that the right thing to do? or should I e pointing it to an external device? new to using downloadable libraries. hopefully is a server issue on the Spitfire end, be sorted soon.

Thanks Julian. Yes, there are a few users now who are awaiting Spitfire to respond.

    Simon,

It seems to be an issue with CDN/S3 authentication or their SQL tables- or something else :)

    You're not doing anything wrong

    Bo,

Thanks! I think it helps to get a list of users that way the fix is prioritized.

Anyone else wish Spitfire had a "stay at home" discount ? :)

    Update:

    1. When I did a reset on Felt, it started downloading!

    2. When I did a repair on LAB Strings 2, it also started downloading!

    Thanks Spitfire Team!

Right now I've got my downloads stuck at 99 percent or so- restarted Spitfire, still not installing. Will keep trying by removing Config etc and let ya'll know what I find.

    Update:

Turning off and on the Cloudfront CDN settings seems to give me progress. Now I'm able to install them and download completely. Now to see if the AU plugin recognizes in Logic :)

    Update 2:

That's it! Got it working, AUs recognizing as well in Logic. Thanks ya'll!

New buyer of the Originals here.  Didn't actually know there was a posting board!  Still having the issue on my end (downloads for 1 second, then considers it "installed"; empty folder is the only thing it's created).  I'd try the "turn off Cloudfront CDN and repair" method, but not knowing what repair and reset actually is, I burned through all my attempts trying to figure it out. Oops.

Hi Julian, it should be in the "Settings", then "General" of the app.

I'm unable to try some of the methods discussed here because I have exceeded my limit of reset/repairs.  Whoops!  I sent a support ticket asking to have that looked into.

The inability to download seems to be a server-side issue.  I'm confident Spitfire will figure it out :-)

Also, I made a mistake in directing you to Cloudfront CDN, Julian.  It actually should be in "Settings" --> "General" (not Troubleshooting).  I corrected it in my post :-)
