LABS & Felt Not Downloading at All (Mac 10.15)
Hey yall,
Any new customers having problems getting any downloads to work? Tried resetting from scratch deleting configs etc multiple times. My log file says:

I'm betting this is a server side problem.

I'm having the same issue, what file paths are people using?
I am using> User>music>Logic - then creating a folder within to install. is that the right thing to do? or should I e pointing it to an external device? new to using downloadable libraries. hopefully is a server issue on the Spitfire end, be sorted soon.

New buyer of the Originals here. Didn't actually know there was a posting board! Still having the issue on my end (downloads for 1 second, then considers it "installed"; empty folder is the only thing it's created). I'd try the "turn off Cloudfront CDN and repair" method, but not knowing what repair and reset actually is, I burned through all my attempts trying to figure it out. Oops.
