Volume spikes in Labs

Has anyone  had volume spikes using Labs?  I have recorded it on an iphone video. When I am playing it will spike up to the 400% level, the levels can be all over from the base number I select, sometimes I don't even have to play to have it spike. Thought I would ask the community first, any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.
