Ambient Guitars is a collaboration between Spitfire Audio and trailblazing composer, producer and musician Leo Abrahams. Featuring amazing new material recorded in 2019 and an amalgamation of two true Spitfire classics; Enigma 1 & Enigma 2, it is now presented in our hugely versatile, dedicated eDNA Engine UI and gives you over 600 sounds, including over 10GB of brand new recordings and additional curated presets. We’ve also updated this to Kontakt Player format with full NKS support.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ENIGMA 1 AND ENIGMA 2?
Enigma 1 and Enigma 2, have been removed from sale, it is now only possible to purchase Ambient Guitars.
WHAT IF I OWN ENIGMA 1 OR ENIGMA 2 OR BOTH?
If you already own Enigma 1 or 2, you will be eligible for a crossgrade. Make sure you are logged into your account, add Ambient Guitars to your cart and our checkout will automatically work out the crossgrade pricing.
If you already own Enigma 1 and 2, you should have received a copy of Ambient Guitars for free, and would have received an email from us with information about this new update.
IF I UPGRADE TO AMBIENT GUITARS FROM ENIGMA 1 OR 2, DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE SAMPLES AGAIN?

WHAT IS KONTAKT PLAYER?
Kontakt Player is the free version of Native Instruments’ industry-standard sampler, which you will need to use this library. You can download it for free here.
WHAT OTHER SPITFIRE LIBRARIES WILL AMBIENT GUITARS WORK WELL WITH?

WHAT ARE EVOLUTIONS, AND WHAT IS AN EVO GRID?
Evolutions are long notes that change over time then loop seamlessly back to the beginning. In our ‘Evo Grid’, you can select different evolutions based on the range of the note you are playing.
