If this occurs on your system, your serial number is accepted by Native Access, but the library does not show up in Kontakt.
How Do I Fix this?
1) Open Native Access and click on the Available tab at the top.
2) You will see your product here. Click the Three Dots (...) on the right and choose "Locate" (If viewing in Grid Mode this will appear just beneath your library artwork):
3) Browse for the library folder you downloaded from our Spitfire Audio App. Select this for Native Access to add the library.
4) Open Kontakt and this will now appear in your Libraries tab.
