When this issue occurs, your serial number is accepted by Native Access, but the library does not show up in Kontakt.
How Do I Fix this?
1) Open Native Access and go to Not Installed Products on the left. (Below add serial)
2) You will see your product here. Click Add Library to the right of your product (list mode) or below your product (grid mode)
3) Browse for the library folder you downloaded from our Spitfire Audio App. Select this for Native Access to add the library.
4) Open Kontakt
