Charged Twice

When purchasing a product, in a rare situation you may experience a failed payment. When this occurs your bank statement sometimes reads that you have been charged twice for your purchase.


It is impossible for our accounts to have two of the same library. Due to our extensive auditing process on our orders, when this occurs an automatic refund occurs.

An automatic refund from a failed payment can take 2-6 days to be returned.

If you do not see this on you account, please contact your bank as their status may be pending.

    Hi,

    I was charged twice for the same product and read the purchasing FAQ regarding that. Will someone notify me when I'll be refunded or should I check with my card company next week?
