Friends - - I am in the latest LPX on a brand new iMac Pro - - having Errors #1/#4 repeatedly - - having to delete and reinstall/repair the patches over and over - - it's terribly frustrating! Any direction for me? All the best, John

Hey Guys. Yesterday I bought BBC SO. Today I got this Error #4 in BBC SO for a Chello. So I follow your instructions and now I have to wait more than 2 hours for a complete reinstall of BBC SO. I hope this doesn't happen again, because waiting over 2 hours each time for a new installation is unacceptable. Greetings

    Hello-

I seem to be unable to fix 'Something Went Wrong' when I try to instantiate any LABS plugin. I get the Error #4 even after seemingly repairing the entire library. Everything shows up without issue when I launch the app- its only when instantiating in PT 2020.12.0 I get the message and can go no further. Also I'd like to store the Labs library on my samples drive- does it need to be on the same drive as the system? Thanks for your help

Having invested around $4,000 USD in Spitfire libraries, I have to say it's dreadfully disappointing that I am rarely able to use them due to perpetual corruption, followed by having to ask Spitfire for permission to repair and/or reset... I know, I guess they figure I'm stealing the software I already paid for? Quite a shame.

It's nice that these libraries (LABS) are free, and they sound pretty good. But, like many others here, over the past few years I've had to reset them at least 4 times after they stopped working for no reason. It takes hours and hours. The app 'repairs' the problem, only to have it fail again.

So, this falls under the category of 'bad user experience' and 'bad software.' If everything goes well, it takes several minutes to reset each library. But it never goes well. I'm about three hours into wrestling with this today.

How about improving the labs player? You went to all the effort to make your own player, and it is extremely prone to failure.
