    The latest setup program(3.0.24) doesn't seem to be able to download vc_redist.x86.exe. Status is always "Cannot Connect", thus not be able to update to latest version of Spitfire Audio App. Need some help here, thanks.

    When I try downloading a Labs product and press the download button, the App automatically opens, the circle spins, then nothing more happens. The requested download simply doesn't show up. The App sits there empty.

    Sorry but after spending a couple of hours trying to make it work, I have to say your app sucks! Really, really bad. The trouble shooting information about the app itself is almost nonexistent. Not even compatibility information. Come on guys

    I've just bought Albion V Tundra, but the download process won't even start. It never progresses. When I try to pause the download and then restart it to see if it will make it work, the app crashes and I have to Force Quit it. Is there a fix for this?

    i also need help with instalattion... it took me 5 hours to istal app .. than another 3 hourst to doowlnload lab - and even after finohing downloading - lab is still not recognised by app - so it wants me to download it again and again..

    Bummer. I've been trying to get this app to cooperate to no avail. The app launches, then I enter my credentials, and it just shuts down or never logs me in.

    I have tried to log in with this app and each attempt fails. it gives a message that the password does not match the given email address. I've tried reinstalling with the same results. I've even tried changing the password to my account and it still does not work. I am unable to download anything until I can log in. Please address this please.

    I've just bought Studio Strings Professional, but the installing process won't even start.

    I think that this application has always been unstable to install.

    Please fix the problem of this bad application quickly.

    The third day after purchasing the product, I continue downloading without rest, but it still does not end.
    I changed the download server as directed by the staff Luke, but at an incredibly slow download speed, I think there is a problem with the server but nothing is dealt with.
    What's going on?

    Hello.  I had this problem some time ago; very very very long download time.  I discover that my antivirus was the cause.  If you have an antivirus installed, try to disable it when you want to download Spitfire sounds banks.

    I don't know why I bought a bespoke drive and had the libraries downloaded to it.   The app will not let me install from my SSD when I transfer the libraries to it.   It starts the whole process from scratch which is very frustrating.   I purchased two drives and that was like throwing money away.

    Started getting "something went wrong" error, so uninstalled, downloaded latest 3.1.6, installed again. The app indicates it's actually 3.1.5 and keeps asking for 3.1.6 download. All my Spitfire libraries are gone, too, projects stuck. Spitfire, help!

    This is the only app I've ever seen that requires the user to sign in every time they open it. I'm having good success with the app, thankfully (Win10), but it's an unnecessary pain to have to log in every single time. I could possibly understand having to sign in again after restarting the computer, as I have to do with Avid's app manager, though even that is more than most apps require. But every time I run the app? Why?

    Just updated the Spitfire Audio App and now it doesnt work. The new one may not be compatible with my old Mac Operating system 10. 10. 5

    Is there a way to download the library without using the app? 

    The app is incredibly slow for me, and only sometimes logs in. Then my products are either not displayed or I get a timeout error. I think the problem is with my internet (I have 4G broadband from Three, which maybe blocks some ports), so I can't see a way round.
