    hey there I can't find my activation code in my serial number page. I've had the dustbundle for a while but just formatted my computer and now its not showing on serial number page or in native instruments products page.
    can you help me with that?

    Kristinn, I have created a support ticket so that we can answer any of your questions. The issue is that Dustbundle requires Kontakt FULL to work and hence does not need a serial number. It is simply accessed using the "Files" menu in Kontakt.

    i am trying to activate my olafur evolution in kontakt via the native access. can't find my serials for this Purcase. in my spitfire account all my orders appear, but the serials (needed for native access activation) do not show up. could you send the serials or add them to my spitfire account? thanks, johannes
