I've lost my serial number for product activation

Emails get misplaced and you might find that you are out of luck when you need to find a past serial number.

The best place to find all of your serial numbers would be to log into your Spitfire account and then look here:

https://www.spitfireaudio.com/my-account/serial-numbers/

This page also allows you access to your order history which may be useful for your records. 

If you find that the serial number you are looking for is not there, please contact us HERE with all of the relevant information.

    hey there I can't find my activation code in my serial number page. I've had the dustbundle for a while but just formatted my computer and now its not showing on serial number page or in native instruments products page.
    can you help me with that?

    Kristinn, I have created a support ticket so that we can answer any of your questions. The issue is that Dustbundle requires Kontakt FULL to work and hence does not need a serial number. It is simply accessed using the "Files" menu in Kontakt.
