My libraries are not showing up in the Spitfire App

    This is what's in the folder so yeah the nicnt file is there.

    Albion ONE
    Albion ONE.nicnt ( -rw-rw-rw- 1 Meld wheel 1063866 10 Jan 18:52 Albion ONE.nicnt)
    Copy the Albion ONE folder to your Documents folder (have done this)
    Documentation
    Instruments
    Samples
    Scripts

    I looked at the file atrib of a working library (Retro Machines Mk2.nicnt) and it has -rwxrwxr-x, owned by root staff, so I'm guessing I have to go into Terminal and chmod the Albion ONE.nicnt file to allow execute?

    sudo chmod 775 "Albion ONE.nicnt"

    Nope that didn't work either.

    "Library path is not valid. Did you select the wrong library?"

    Thanks for the help guys. I was just being stupid & not registered the serial number yet. The library I was trying to add in Native Access was indeed the legacy version, "Albion". After I entered the serial number, "Albion One" appeared in Native Access.

    Hi folks. Really sorry about this. Due to the phenomenal success of the promotion and as someone else has suggested, we’ve simply run out of serial numbers to give out and will not get any more from Native Instruments until today. So sorry if you were hoping to have a play on the weekend, but your orders will be fulfilled as soon as we get that shipment of serials.

    MY LIBRARY Phobos is NOT SHOWING UP IN MY LIBRARY MANAGER. I bought it couple of months ago together with some other libraries. These are showing up the Library Manager. Why is PHOBOS missing here ?

    Hi Claus, this may be because you need the latest version of the Spitfire Audio App available here: https://www.spitfireaudio.com/info/library-manager/

    If you still aren't seeing BT Phobos in the latest version of the App, please contact our support team at spitfireaudio.com/support

    Hello there, I recently purchased Albion and tried to download it using the software manager but I had a powercut mid-download so it's only partially downloaded. Now it isn't showing up in the Spitfire Audio app at all... Can you please give me some guidance as to how to restart the download? Thanks Benn

    Hi Ben, if you launch the Spitfire Audio App again and go to install the product again but point it to the same location as you did before, it will carry on from where it left off.

    HI Ben, I have launched Spitfire Audio App again but Albion isnt showing up as a downloadable product. Infact only a few of my older purchases are showing up. I've recently bought a few products from you and none are showing up in app. Thanks, Benn

    I use BT Phobos trough Cubase 9 since 6 months with pleasure and no problem but since yesterday when I call a Phobos sound in a track, it download, the window of Phobos open on my screen but I can see : No presets found and I can't hear nop sound of Phobos.
    Could you help me please ?

    Hi guys

    I recently downloaded the Originals Cinematic Percussion (it was kindly provided free by Spitfire as I owned a previous plugin).

     

    Unfortunately it does not show up in Kontakt. I'm running Ableton and my other Albion products show up fine so I'm not sure what the issue is.
