My libraries are not showing up in my Library Manager

If you find that when you log into the Library Manager, some of your previous purchased products do not show up in the 'Installed' section or the 'Download Ready' section, it may be that you have purchased these under another email address. Checking other possible email addresses for your previous purchases may help to find these missing products.

If this is not the case, and these missing products were purchased a few years ago, please contact us HERE with all the information you have about purchases you made and any email addresses that you might have been using.

    FINDING DIFFICULTY TO DOWNLOAD SPITFIRE WOODWIND LIBRARY FROM AUDIO MANAGER.
    The Manager quit after inputting my Mail Id. This is happening for the second time with my Spitfire product. Please get me a clear solution on this.

    Are the lab libraries also supposed to show in the manager ? If not, how can I redownload them ?

    Thery, LABs products do not show up in the Library Manager. Instead they are sent to you as a download link in your email. If you have bought a LABs product and haven't received an email, please contact our support team. Thanks!
