The reason for this is very likely to be that you are running a incompatible version of Kontakt. You will need to be using Kontakt 5.6.8 or higher for this library because it uses the new serial number format.
You may also get the following symptoms if you are using an incompatible version of Kontakt:
- Serial number isn't working or the product doesn't appear when it's been added or the following error message appears:
- "The serial XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX does not belong to a known product. Please contact support."
Please note that Kontakt 5.6.8 is only available from Native Access and will not be available in Service Center. You can get Native Access from Native Instruments here.
