    Hello,

Can't open Toy Dulcimer in Kontakt. The samples are missing. Downloaded the file twice, unzipped and tried to open it in Kontakt and always get the error that the samples are missing. Just opened other instruments I bought and those worked fine: Toy Piano and Music Box. I also have Olafur Toolkit and Enigma, all work fine.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best,

    Joao

    Hello!

I unfortunately have the same problem. Kinematic, which has just been purchased and installed, asks for the path to the samples every time the tool is loaded. Completely broke my head over how to deal with it.

I have not encountered such problems with other libraries. I hope something can be done about it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Alexey,

I just bought the Kinematic library and the same thing happens to me and these instructions have not worked: https://spitfireaudio.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004196997-How-do-I-install-Kinematik-

The only way I've found out that Kinematic works within Edna has been by copying the contents of Kinematic's 'instruments' folder to the 'instruments' folder of Earth, but renaming each folder so that it doesn't overwrite the content of Earth. I give you an example:

    INSTRUMENTS (folder)
                   Atmos Drones and Scapes
                   Atmos Drones and Scapes_Kinematic

And so with all the folders.

    I hope that helps!

    R
